Stocking Classic, (Pair) Elastic Nylon Yarn with 4 Way Stretch Provides Compression, Strength and Blood Circulation

Our Compression Stockings are made of elastic nylon yarn with 4-way stretch. They provide strength, compression, and support for healthy blood circulation.

It is best to wear them throughout the day. However, remove them while bathing or sleeping. For lasting results, replace your stockings every 4–6 months.

At first, putting on compression stockings may feel difficult. But with a little practice, you will find the right method. Hand wash new stockings before use. This makes them softer and easier to wear. In addition, owning a second pair is helpful. You will always have a clean set ready while the other is drying.

Before wearing, cover any open wound with a dressing. Keep your stockings near your bed. As a result, you can put them on early in the morning, when swelling is at its lowest.

How to Wear:

1. Sit on a chair with a back for support.

2. Hold the top of the stocking in one hand.

3. With the other hand, reach inside and grab the toe.

4. Pull your hand back, turning the stocking inside out.

5. Place your toes into the stocking and slide it gently over your heel.

6. Finally, roll it upward with your fingertips or palms.

Be careful not to pull at the top of the stocking. Otherwise, it may tear.
